The EPE International team have taken part in some team building events this week to help raise money for the worthy charity Mind. An amazing amount of £200 was raised!
Mind provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. Mind campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.
Teams within the company have helped raise money taking part in activities such as virtual raffles, quizzes and competitions. Fun was had by all and more importantly money was raised.
At EPE we truly believe that mental health matters which is why we have joined in on Minds ‘do one thing’ campaign and shared a top tip sheet in our office wellbeing area to encourage our employees to share their one thing that helps improve mental health.
