Supporting Our Independent Retailers
At EPE we believe that our relationships are what truly matter. Whether it be with the brands; the retailers or our internal teams. Maintaining those relationships is an integral part of our core values as a business. As part of maintaining those relationships, we strive to go above and beyond to offer our retailers with more than just quality products.
Will Yates, Managing Director, Groupe SEB UK & I puts it best in his interview in the October/November edition of IER Magazine: “The Independent sector is an area which we would really want to support more, their survival is after all critical to our communities, however they have to offer points of difference to ensure that they remain relevant.”
It is important to us to offer a service that does more for our retailers; by offering them support in the form of market insights, merchandising and advice on market trends and how they can play to their strengths with what they have.
