Joining EPE on an apprenticeship scheme in 2012 Sophie has proven that hard work and determination can reap rewards, she is a loyal and integral part of the team, not only a great team player but also a caring individual who is always first to take part in fundraising events, Sophie loves a Bun Sale and makes the very best cakes!
