2. Promotion Period: The Promotion is valid while stocks last from [00:00] on 1st April 2019 to [23:59] on 31st May 2019 (inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”).
3. Purchasing Qualifying Products: The Promotion is available for all purchases of the Qualifying Products (defined in point 5 below) made by you during the Promotion Period:
(a) in-store and online via the UK websites of participating Braun retailers in the UK ("Retailer(s)"). A full list of Retailers can be found at www.braunrewards.co.uk/hellofresh; or
(b) via the Braun website located at www2.braunhousehold.com ("Braun Website").
4. Eligibility: All customers of the Retailers and the Braun Website who are resident in UK Mainland (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland and exclude the Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Scottish Islands and some remote UK locations. 5. Qualifying Products: The following Braun Hand Blender products purchased during the Promotion Period are qualifying products for the Promotion:

Obtain a copy of the Terms and Conditions: You can obtain a copy of these Terms and Conditions on the Braun Website or by writing to Braun Rewards, The Cow Shed, Walnut Tree Farm, Lower Stretton, Cheshire WA4 4PG. to receive a hardcopy in the post. All changes will be posted in revised Terms and Conditions on the Braun Website and will be available in hardcopy by post by calling 01565 656459.
7. Promotion Offer: When you purchase any Qualifying Product in a single transaction from any Retailer or on the Braun Website during the Promotion Period, you will be eligible to claim a free promotional box. This offer is specific to the purchase of Qualifying Products and is limited to one (1) redemption of free HelloFresh promotional box ("Free HelloFresh Promotional Box") per transaction.
8. Promotional Box Promotion: When you purchase the following Qualifying Products in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, you will be eligible to claim Free HelloFresh Promotional Box. Any Free HelloFresh Promotional Box in this Promotion cannot be returned, exchanged for cash or for any alternative products.
9. How to claim your Free HelloFresh Promotional Box
(a) To claim your Free HelloFresh Promotional Box you must visit the www.braunrewards.co.uk/hellofresh at any time during the Promotion Period in which you purchased your Qualifying Product and up to thirty (30) days after ("Redemption Period") and complete the following steps:
(i) complete the online redemption form available at www.braunrewards.co.uk/hellofresh , providing your full name, postal address, email address and phone number and details of the Qualifying Product purchased by you, including purchase date, the Retailer and the model number;
(ii) upload a scanned copy or photo of your sales receipt as proof of purchase of a Qualifying Product. Your sales receipt must show the Qualifying Product information identified in point (i) above and the name of the Retailer or Braun (to show where you purchased the Qualifying Product) and;
(iii) submit your completed form and your receipt.
("Online Redemption").
(b) If you do not have access to the Internet, you can claim your Free HelloFresh Promotional Box by post during the Redemption Period. Please call 01565 656459 for a hardcopy redemption form, a copy of the full terms and conditions and a prepaid return envelope. This is a local number and not a premium rate number. You will need to:
(i) complete the redemption form, providing your full name, postal address, an email address and phone number and details of the Qualifying Product purchased by you, including purchase date and the model number;
(ii) enclose a photocopy of your receipt as proof of purchase of a Qualifying Product. Your sales receipt must show the Qualifying Product information identified in point (i) above and the name of the Retailer or Braun (to show where you purchased the Qualifying Product); and
(iii) send your completed form and copy of your receipt in the prepaid return envelope by post to: Braun Rewards, The Cow Shed, Walnut Tree Farm, Lower Stretton, Cheshire WA4 4PG ("Postal Redemption").
(iv) Claims are posted at claimants risk and proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
(c) Online Redemption and Postal Redemption are together referred to as "Redemption(s)".
(d) Your Free HelloFresh Promotional Box must be redeemed in a single Redemption.
(e) Once your Redemption has been validated, you will be sent a voucher code via email to enable you to select your choice of two Free HelloFresh Promotional Boxes. To complete this you will need to go to the HelloFresh website at www.hellofresh.co.uk/plans select your choice of box, enter your voucher code, delivery details and submit. If you are an existing HelloFresh customer or have any queries please call 01565 656459.
(f) If you do not complete your Redemption within the Redemption Period you forfeit your Free HelloFresh Promotional Box
(g) We reserve the right to reject any Redemption which we believe is incomplete, incorrect, invalid, forged or illegible. Therefore, please complete your Redemption carefully and accurately.
(h) Subject to your compliance with these Terms and Conditions, you will be sent your Free HelloFresh Promotional Box directly from HelloFresh within (28) days of the date of your submission to HelloFresh. Due to the box containing fresh food this may be via two deliveries over a two week period.
10. Queries: If your free HelloFresh Promotional Box has not been delivered within the above timeframe, you can contact us on the query page of www.braunrewards.co.uk/hellofresh or by telephone on 01565 656459. This is a local number and not a premium rate number.
11. Privacy: As part of this Promotion, we and our third party partners will be entitled to use your personal information for the purposes of administering the Promotion and allowing your participation in the Promotion. Your personal information will be collected, stored and used in accordance with our privacy policy, which is available at www.braunrewards.com/hellofresh.
12. Governing Law: The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
13. The Data Controller and Data Processor (as defined in the General Data Protection Regulation ((EU) 2016/679)) is the Marketing Lounge Partnership of The Cow Shed, Walnut Tree Farm, Lower Stretton, Cheshire WA4 4PG.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to change the terms and conditions, and void, cancel, suspend or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

9. How to claim your Free Attachment(s)
(a) To claim your Free Attachment, you must visit the Redemption Website (see below) at any time during the Promotion Period in which you purchased your Qualifying Product and up to thirty (30) days after ("Redemption Period") and complete the following steps:

(c) Online Redemption and Postal Redemption are together referred to as "Redemption(s)".
(d) Your Free Attachment must be redeemed in a single Redemption.
(e) Your choice of Free Attachment must not exceed that corresponding to your Qualifying Product. For example, if you have purchased a Qualifying Product from the kMIX range of Qualifying Products, you can select ONE of the choice of two Free Attachments.
(f) Your redemption will be rejected if you select a Free Attachment for a Qualifying Product of the incorrect range as matched to that you have purchased. For example, if you have purchased a model from the kMIX range you may not select a food processor attachment.
(g) If you do not complete your Redemption within the Redemption Period you forfeit your Free Attachment.
(h) On receipt of your Redemption, we will verify your Redemption. We reserve the right to reject any Redemption which we believe is incomplete, incorrect, invalid, forged or illegible. Therefore, please complete your Redemption carefully and accurately.
(i) Subject to your compliance with these Terms and Conditions, we will send your Free Attachment to you by Royal Mail within thirty (30) days of the date of our receipt of your Redemption and your parcel will need to be signed for.

3. The Promotion is not open to Kärcher employees or their immediate families, agents, wholesalers,
resellers, retailers, retail staff, participating stockists or anyone professionally affiliated with the
Promotion. Resellers may not submit claims on behalf of their customers.
Claiming
4. Claims must be submitted by the end user customer only, who purchased the product and own
the product.
5. The product must be one of the Qualifying Products. If the product is not one of the Qualifying
Products, you will not be eligible to participate. Non-Full Control Plus models are not a Qualifying
Product, claims can’t be made for any non-Full Control Plus models.
6. The Promotion is limited to a maximum of 1 claim per household during the Promotion, and
limited to one claim per Qualifying Product.
7. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, to enter the Promotion, you must:
i. Visit www.karcherrewards.co.uk and complete the online claim form, by uploading a copy of
your receipt (or email order confirmation) after 30 days from the date of purchase (the date of
purchase is day 1). Upon submitting your claim, you will receive email confirmation of your
application. Claims must be submitted by 31st July 2019.
ii. If your claim is successfully validated, your cashback amount will be paid t via Kärcher Prepaid
Mastercard within 28 days from validation of your claim. You will receive an email from
notification@prepaiddigitalsolutions.com to select your choice of a physical or virtual card. A
valid email address is required to receive payment.
iii. Claims will be validated within 4 working days from the date your claim was submitted. You
should receive email confirmation within 7 (seven) working days from submitting your claim.

within 7 days of submitting your claim.
Payment
10. Once your claim has been checked we will email you with our result. If successful, you will
receive your cashback (inclusive of all taxes) by Kärcher Prepaid Mastercard within 28 days of
validation. You will receive an email from notification@prepaiddigitalsolutions.com to select your
choice of a physical or virtual card in pounds (£) or in euros (€), cashback will only be paid to the
purchaser of the Qualifying Product. A valid email address is required to receive payment, in the
event incorrect information has been provided and the Promoter makes a payment that is rejected
or not received by you, the Promoter will not be responsible for re-issuing such payment.
Restrictions
11. Only complete claims will be accepted. The Promoter accepts no liability for any claims that are
lost, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected or fail to reach it within the required timeframe (including
but not limited to any fraud or suspected fraud activity). The Promotion reserves the right to
disqualify incomplete, duplicate, altered or illegible claims.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to request additional evidence to support validation of a claim
prior to making payment, if they believe a claim is not legitimate.
13. If you return the Qualifying Product following submission of your Claim, you will not be eligible to
participate in the Promotion.
14. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any technical, hardware, software, server, website,
or other failures or damage of any kind to the extent that this prevents the participant from or
otherwise obstructs him/her in participating in the Promotion.
Limitation of Liability
15. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes its liability for any loss,
damage, injury, cost or expense suffered by you, whether directly or indirectly and howsoever
caused, in connection with the Promotion.
16. All documentation submitted for this Promotion becomes property of the Promoter and will not
be returned. Submission of false, incorrect, misleading or fraudulent documentation may result in
disqualification from this Promotion and other Kärcher promotions and may result in you being
subject to prosecution.
17. The decisions of the Promoter will be final and binding and no discussion will be entered into.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel these Terms and Conditions at any time without
notice.

How to claim your Free Wine
(a) To claim your Free Wineyou must visit the [Kenwoodtreats.co.uk/februaryvirginwine] at any time during the Promotion Period in which you purchased your Qualifying Product and up to thirty (30) days after ("Redemption Period") and complete the following steps:
(i) complete the online redemption form available at [Kenwoodtreats.co.uk/februaryvirginwine], providing your full name, postal address, email address and phone number and details of the Qualifying Product purchased by you, including purchase date, the Retailer and the model number;
(ii) upload a scanned copy or photo of your sales receipt as proof of purchase of a Qualifying Product. Your sales receipt must show the Qualifying Product information identified in point (i) above and the name of the Retailer or Kenwood (to show where you purchased the Qualifying Product);
(iii) select your choice of free wine to a total value of the Tier Value corresponding to your Qualifying Product; and
(iv) submit your completed form, your receipt and your selection of Free Wine.
("Online Redemption").
(b) If you do not have access to the Internet, you can claim your Free Wine by post during the Redemption Period. Please call [01565656644] for a hardcopy redemption form, a copy of the full terms and conditions and a prepaid return envelope. This is a local number and not a premium rate number. You will need to:
(i) complete the redemption form, providing your full name, postal address, email address and phone number and details of the Qualifying Product purchased by you, including purchase date and the model number;
(ii) select your choice of free wine to a total value of the Tier Value corresponding to your Qualifying Product; and;
(iii) enclose a photocopy of your receipt as proof of purchase of a Qualifying Product. Your sales receipt must show the Qualifying Product information identified in point (i) above and the name of the Retailer or Kenwood (to show where you purchased the Qualifying Product); and
(iv) send your completed form and copy of your receipt in the prepaid return envelope by post to: [Kenwood treats, The Cow Shed, Walnut Tree Farm, Lower Stretton, Cheshire WA4 4PG] ("Postal Redemption").
(v) Claims are posted at claimants risk and proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
(c) Online Redemption and Postal Redemption are together referred to as "Redemption(s)".
/(d) Your Free winemust be redeemed in a single Redemption.
(e) Your selection of Free wine must not exceed the Tier Value corresponding to your Qualifying Product. For example, if you have purchased a Qualifying Product from the Chef Qualifying Products, you can select free wine up to a total value of [£110.]
(f) If the total value of your selection of Free wine is lower than the maximum Tier Value corresponding to your Qualifying Product, you forfeit the difference and no change will be given.
(g) If you do not complete your Redemption within the Redemption Period you forfeit your Free wine
(h) On receipt of your Redemption, we will verify your Redemption. We reserve the right to reject any Redemption which we believe is incomplete, incorrect, invalid, forged or illegible. Therefore, please complete your Redemption carefully and accurately.
(i) Subject to your compliance with these Terms and Conditions, we will send your Free Wine to you via Virgin Wine within [(28) days] of the date of our receipt of your Redemption and your parcel will need to be signed for.

Governing Law: The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
