Our sales staff have recently undergone a series of training sessions with Phoenix Training aimed at developing and improving their skillsets.
The first stage of an on-going sales training programme was undertaken by the EPE Sales team on the 29th January at our Bradford Head Office. This involved all the sales team and was facilitated by Phoenix training with the day led by Lawrence White who brought his years of business and training experience to the day.
This was the first day of a structured programme which will enable the EPE International team to even better aid our customers. The experience was “hands on” to ensure it will give maximum impact and benefit and will be followed up with further sessions to ensure that EPE not only stay at the forefront of customer service but grow even further. More sessions will follow during the year.
Sales Director Geoff Eden said, “It’s great to have a positive training experience like today. The team have all benefited which is why we at EPE believe we need to invest in people to give a continuingly improving service to our customers.”
